Manor Pond Fishery Saturday 10th May 2025

A very successful work party at our Manor Pond fishery at Cobham in Surrey today.

Two swims were restored and the bamboo was cleared along the path around the top of the lake.

I’m also pleased to report that the water clarity has significantly improved since the two Siltex applications over the winter.

There were also quite a few big carp lurking under the overhanging trees, and literally thousands of tadpoles. The tadpoles are proof of the improvement  in water quality, since the introduction of siltex, too.

Many thanks to Mick, Steve, Dave, Dale, and Charlie for all their help.
