Members and Day Ticket Fishery.
This very pretty stretch of the River Mole offers a variety of swims from deep glides to fast shallows. The species present are Barbel, Chub, Carp, Bream, Roach, Dace, Pike and Perch. This fishery suits both the static and roving angler, with at least 750m of river to explore.
The fishery is made up of two separate sections. The first section is immediately behind the car park, towards, underneath and beyond the A3 road bridge.
Access to the second section is further up the lane towards the Convent School. From the car park it is approximately 100m. You then walk around the white 5 bar gate on the right. Follow the pathway down the slope to the fallen tree. There is a pathway just after the tree on your right, which will lead you to a series of swims. If you ignore this path on your right and continue walking along the main path, you will eventually have the Convent School on your left. You will find another 8 – 10 swims along this stretch before you reach our boundary.
To get there: Leave the A3 at the A245 Junction, signposted Cobham. Take the first turning on left, Convent Lane. Drive under the A3 bridge and car park is situated about 10m further on the right. Parking is also available in any of the laybys along Convent Lane.
