This 2.75 mile stretch of the Grand Union Canal is located between West Drayton and Hayes, in Middlesex. This stretch of the canal contains Roach, Rudd, Perch, Bream, Tench, Pike and a few Carp.
To get there: To reach the Hayes end- Leave the M4 at the Hayes slip road. Carry on under the motorway, following the road to Hayes until you reach the canal. To reach the West Drayton end- Continue along the M4 and take the slip road for London Airport, go under the motorway to the roundabout and take the exit marked West Drayton. Follow this road to the canal, which is situated approximately 150 yards from where you pass under the railway bridge. Another access point appears at the middle of the section.
