A small but attractive pond of about 3/4 of an acre set in woodland. The Stew Pond contains Tench, Bream, Perch, Rudd, Roach, Pike, Common, Mirror and Ghost Carp. The depths run between 2 and 4 feet.

To get there: The fishery is located on the B280, accessible from the M25 and A3. From the traffic lights at Malden Rushett, the fishery entrance is about 3/4 of a mile on the right. If travelling from Epsom town, the fishery entrance is about 2 miles further on the left.

Access: From the car park follow the hard surface track up the side of the grass picnic area and the pond is directly in front of you. You may fish all banks but do not create new swims. Take care when using bank sticks that you do not break away the edge of the banks.

Day tickets sold on the bank or in advance email: Cost: £10 for two rods (Adults). £5 for two rods (Juniors, OAP & Disabled).

Rules: No Bivvies (Epsom Common Bye Law). No Keep Nets, live baiting or ground bait to be used at this water. Epsom Common is a “Site of Special Scientific Interest” so please respect it. Please use the litter bins that are provided around the pond and in the car park.
